The Bahareya Village was built on 8000 sqm to accommodate all personnel working in the farm. It was designed by Econsult and certfied by Tarsheed as a green building the village was designed with orientation to promote cross ventilation and maximize daylight. Solar panels are used to generate electricity and hot water, heat insulation for walls, desert plants and reduced lawn grass in landscaping to limit water consumption.
