Yarze 1674

Yarze 1674 is a residential development of four buildings with apartments of different sizes. It was among the first buildings in Lebanon to achieve the BREEAM certification with a Very Good rating in 2018. It includes energy-efficient features such as LED lighting for internal and external areas and energy-efficient lifts. Solar water heaters are used on the roof to benefit from the sunny Lebanese climate. Split air conditioners with 0 ODP refrigerants are used for cooling, and low NOx gas boilers are used for heating.
