This project is a brand new single wooden frame house, located in Bakich Metn. The house will be made from prefabricated wood with insulation material. This insultation will lead to a highly efficient envelope with a small U-value that decreases heating and cooling loads. The slopped roof will be used to install a PV system to reduce energy dependence on EDL and a generator subscription.

The wood structure has been selected to reduce the annual energy bills for cooling and heating. According to HAP simulations the heating load will be reduced from 24.6 to 9.5 kW (61%) and the cooling load will decrease from 20.9 to 16.3 kW (22%). These reduction will be equivalent to cost savings of $13,517 per year.
