Antwork Elcire Building

Antwork Elcire Building was formerly an abandoned building, which was renovated into a new co-working facility. Antwork provides workspaces formed by a technology-enabled ecosystem that cultivates innovation, collaboration and productivity. The renovation of the building includes a PV-diesel system to generate electricity. Moreover, the lighting of the entire facility has replaced by LED. The use of LED will reduce the peak load by 42.6 kW. The use of VRF system for space cooling saves 14789 kWh per year
