M1 is an 11-story commercial complex and the first and only LEED Platinum certified project in Lebanon. The building is able to reduce consumption by 31% compared to a baseline building (based on ASHRAE 90.1-2007) via climate-friendly technologies such as VRV air conditioning systems, high-performance glazing, efficient lighting with controls and dimming, and a PV system, to name a few.
