Breidi Wooden House

A new single wood frame house located in Baqtouta, Kesrwan area. In addition to other energy efficiency measures, the house is essentially made from wood combined with insulation material to reduce energy consumption.

Description

The goal of the project is to create a highly energy efficient house with reduced energy input and a low impact on the environment. The goal of the different measures is to reduce cooling energy in summer and heating energy in winter, to reduce the electricity bill, and to have a low impact on the environment during its lifespan. Therefore two main measures will be adopted: a wooden frame with one of the most energy efficient construction methods and a heat pump to provide hot water.
