New Youth Residential Complex
The chosen block for the project has five floors; each floor contains six apartments. The total area of each flat is around 80 m² and the overall area of each floor is around 480 m². The building is 20m high. Part of the building footprint has a basement.
Description
The pilot project is situated in the New Youth Residential Complex in the Kudsia Suburb on the outskirts of Damascus. The neighbourhood consists of 18 residential islands with 12,600 flats.
