Orange Call Center
A call center that is located in Pyramids Heights Office Park (Cairo-Alex Desert Road). It is designed to accommodate at least 1400 agents and have all required facilities within the office spaces of the building operating 24 hours a day for 365 days of the year without disruption. The project consists of a ground floor, three typical floors, and a basement. The basement houses the machine and data rooms, the meeting rooms, as well as the main cafeteria and the building facilities. The basic office spaces occupy the other floors. The building is LEED certified and incorporates various energy efficiency measures including double glazing, high efficiency lighting, and reflective roofing.
