Iberotel Makadi Beach

The project is a hotel located in Makadi Bay. The project has undergone renovations to become more sustainable and reduce its energy consumption. Main focus of the renovations was on lighting of rooms and public areas and on providing hot water for the 313 guest rooms supplied via solar water heaters. Improvements also included replacing halogen and florescent lighting lamps with LED lighting lamps and spots. More shading for rooms was also added via static shading pergolas in front of each room and at each room's terrace.
