Regional Hospital Center

The project was developed by the Société Rabat Région Aménagements in Rabat city in 2020, in which the concept of efficient systems to guarantee optimal energy efficiency was adopted. This building type comprises 5 floors and has in total a built up area of 30,000 m². The choice of materials concretely reflects the objectives sought, the walls insulated with rock wool 5 cm thick inserted in the double hollow chipboard type partitions of 15 plus brick of 10 on all the facades. A special attention was put on reducing heat bridges and consequently improving the energy performance of the building.
